Center Stage News

 Spring break is rapidly approaching! The studio will be closed from Sunday, March 28th to Sunday, April 4th. Classes will resume on Monday, April 5th. We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing break!
The two months after Spring Break are crucial for dancers and instructors at Center Stage. Teachers will be working hard on perfecting their dancers for the recital. Please attend class regularly. Thanks!
Costume payments for this year's recital are now past due. To avoid late fees, please make sure all final costume payments are in no later than Tuesday, March 16th.

Student of the Month
This month we have selected three exceptional dancers and exemplary students for student of the month. Angelina Flores,Kelly Carrera andBeatrice Cornejo. Angelina was selected for her hard work & great attitude. Kelly was chosen for her dedication and how much she has improved. Beatrice was selected for being an overall great dancer and student. Congratulations dancers! Keep up the good work!
Congratulations to this months vehicle sticker drawing winner, the Gottfried family! There are still two more chances to win for everyone else. Register your vehicle today.

Recital Information
We anticipate recital tickets to go on sale on Monday, May 17th. Initially everyone will be allotted a total of 6 tickets for either of the shows. The tickets can be split up between both nights, or all of them can be used on the same night. If you would like any additional tickets, any unsold tickets will go on sale Tuesday, June 1st. Please be aware that this years recital will be open seating, and tickets will be made available on a first come first serve basis. There are three remaining tuition payments. You will not be eligible to purchase tickets for this years recital unless all tuition and costume payments are paid in full. All level II classes (and higher) will be performing both nights of the recital. Contact the office for clarifications or questions.
Our annual recital will take place at Larkin High School in Elgin on June 11th and 12th. Dress Rehearsal will take place on Thursday, June 10th. Please keep the entire weekend free. We are still working on which date each class will be performing, therefore please leave all three days open until further notice. Also, Picture Day will be held on Sunday, May 23rd.

Miscellaneous
The Bloomingdale police have asked that cars do not sit in front of the studio. Please help us respect their policies, and pull into a parking spot while waiting for your child to leave the studio. Thanks for your understanding.

Please check the lost and found! The lost and found is emptied the last Monday of the month. Also, please ensure dancers know that the lost and found is to reclaim their own personal items. Please do not take items that are not your own.

We are trying to keep the eating area as clean as possible. Please put names on all food/drink items in the eating area. Items without names will be discarded.

Good luck at Kids Artistic Revue this weekend! We know you are going to do great!
A huge thank you to all the parents that have helped with rhinestoning and adding finishing touches to our costumes and props. We truly appreciate all the hard work you've put towards the company costumes. THANKS!!
Many of you have asked about the remaining competition dates this year. Scheduled competition dates are March 19-21 in St. Charles, April 9-11 in University Park, April 23-25 in Aurora, May 7-9 in Waukeegan, and June 22-27 in Waukeegan.

  Performing Troupe News
Congratulations on your show in Addison at Addison Trail High School. It was so great to see the numbers on stage. Keep up the good work!
Our March performance will be at Rainbow Connection in St. Charles March 19-21. The competition will take place at the Norris Cultural Arts Center. The performance schedule will be published approximately one week prior to the competition.

• Food and drinks are only permitted in the eating area. Nothing is allowed in the lobby area or dance rooms! Thanks!
• All private lessons need to pay a studio fee of $5.00 to Center Stage.
• Tuition is due the first week of every month.
